Newtown Crossing Re-Brand

As a constantly shifting business, American Campus Communities will occasionally need a new logo for an opening property or will request a re-brand of an older property logo. This is a logo that made it past the concept stage and was made a reality. This logo was a re-brand of a previous logo. The goal was to modernize the previous logo and give it a distinct mark. I focused on the crossing concept and created an abstract aerial view of a street corner. The colors match the local university, The University of Kentucky.
