Studied in Florence, Italy for one semester. Studied art and frequented famous art museums often. Gained practical problem solving skills by navigating foreign countries. Learned how to overcome social and cultural boundaries.

Work Experience

American Campus Communities

Production Graphic Designer – May 2018–Present

Responsible for the creation of flyers, e-mails, social media graphics, website upkeep, print materials and t-shirts for a portfolio of student housing properties across the country. Upwards of 100 items created each week. Other responsibilities include creating templates for the team to use and corporate design projects.

Sew Much More

Graphic Designer – February 2017–May 2018

Worked within the established brand identity to create all graphics for online and print. Worked closely with the Marketing Director to increase online presence through the creation of videos and expand social media marketing to new platforms like Pinterest. Every day duties included creating e-mail marketing graphics for MailChimp, preparing instruction guides for teachers, creating website banners, creating videos for the in-store video wall, creating signs, and designing campaigns for special events.

Administrative Assistant – July 2016–February 2017

Listings - take photos, upload information to MLS, engage with prospective clients to schedule showings and coordinate application process.
Selling/Buying - draft contracts, facilitate transactions between clients, lenders, and the title company, organize housing inspections for buyers.
Property Management - maintain relationships with tenants, assist and coordinate repairs
Marketing - create monthly marketing ads to reach potential clients, maintain website.

Baylor Athletics Marketing

Graphic Design Intern — July 2015–May 2016

Assisted the head of graphic design in completing projects for web and print. Gained real world experience in design and working under tight deadlines and with a team.

HEB Plus

Cashier — September 2013–June 2016

Responsible for providing excellent customer service, problem solving, scanning items quickly and accurately, completing other miscellaneous tasks assigned by managers

Lifeguard4Hire

Head Lifeguard — June 2012–August 2013

Managed several lifeguards and enforced lifeguard decorum. Maintain appearance and safety of pool facility, enforced rules and regulations to keep area safe, prepared to respond if a life threating event should occur.
